These three are finished. Not ideas to adapt someday, actual setups you can paste in this weekend and use starting Monday.
01The confusing-paperwork setup
For the bill, notice, or contract that reads like it was written to be skimmed past, not understood.
Plain-English paperwork
Here's a document I don't fully understand: [paste the text
or describe it in detail].
Explain, in plain English:
1. What this actually says, in a few short sentences
2. Whether there's anything time-sensitive or costly if I ignore it
3. Two or three questions I should ask the sender if something's unclear
Don't guess at anything you're not sure of. Say so instead.
02The meeting-prep setup
For the call or meeting you'd normally walk into cold.
Before any meeting
I have a meeting with [name/company/role]. Here's what I know:
[whatever you have: a title, a company, past context].
Give me:
1. Three smart questions to ask them
2. What they likely care about walking in
3. A short opening line that isn't small talk
03The messy-notes setup
For the page of scribbled notes that needs to become an actual to-do list before anyone forgets what was decided.
Notes to next steps
Here are my raw notes from a meeting: [paste them, however
messy].
Turn this into:
1. A short summary, three sentences or less
2. A list of action items, each with who owns it if that's clear
3. Anything that sounded important but was left unresolved
⚠ Watch out for
- Nothing sensitive goes into a free tool. Redact names, account numbers, or anything confidential before pasting.
- These are starting points, not final answers. Especially the paperwork one. Verify anything with real money or deadlines attached.
